We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is not in the centre but you can easily take the transport. The room was very nice, comfortable beds, there is a kitchen so you can even cook something if needed. The room was very clean, nice staff and good breakfast. It would be much better to have a restaurant open there for breakfast because you might chose something different for breakfast or would like more of some food/drinks but otherwise the breakfast was quite sufficient and tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Minuses: The room 423 smells slightly of stale tobacco and sometimes the bathroom smelled of sewage. It’s a pity they don’t have a small gym. The mattress is too soft for me, but acceptable. Cups in the rooms are ridiculously small. Pluses: Room temperature was comfortable and you can open the window, no view though. Good windows. Quiet, didn’t hear much from other rooms. Quiet residential area. Good shower. Hand soap and shower gel are provided. They serve free coffee in the lobby in the mornings.

It was my first time visiting Stockholm on an extended stay, and I stayed here for two weeks. I'm happy to say that I had a great time at this hotel. The extended stay rooms are modern and well equipped (see below for more details). The hotel is situated in a residential area with many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby and is very close to the metro stations for easy access to the city center. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Positives: The apartment was clean and close to the the luma boat ride. If you travel to the city center, the boat trip from Redderi Ressels (Emilie) is worth it. Simply look into the 10 ride ticket. It is a lot less crowded than the SL-lines and gets you to most museums and the heart of the city center. The room was spacious and the facilities were clean. Negatives: I feel quite ripped off with regards to the towels. I didn't need daily cleaning, but we stayed for nine days with two people and the hotel only provided 4 sets of towels. We use clean towels at home every day, so it was frustrating at the hotel. Extra towels come at a cost of SEK 50 per set of two (a regular towel and a small towel). If you want to do laundry to wash the towels, you have to pay 100 SEK. They also ask money for laundry detergent at quite a high price. (Just buy it at the Lidl, Coop or ICA around the corner). It is just ridiculous. And a reason for me not to go back, despite the spacious room. Furthermore, we were across from the garage entrance. Lots of cars pass by and the occasional truck stopping at the bottom meant that sleeping with the window open led to a room smelling of exhaust fumes. This in turn led to us closing the window, but the room is very stuffy without air conditioning or a fan when the window is closed. In the shower, the water pressure was awfully low, whilst in the kitchen it was the other way around. Lastly, there are no instructions on how to use the microwave, but we figured it out eventually.
